Francisca Vicente, responsable de Screening y validaci\u00f3n de dianas en MEDINA, Ralph Urbatzka (CIIMAR) y Sara Freitas (CIIMAR), organizaron el curso \u201cHigh Throughput Screening and Safety\u201d entre el 5 y 7 de Noviembre 2018.<\/p>\n<p>El programa incluy\u00f3 charlas t\u00e9cnicas y demonstraciones por parte de casas comerciales sobre la utilizaci\u00f3n de equipos relacionados con la tem\u00e1tica. El curso abord\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda del cribado de alto rendimiento (HTS) para el descubrimiento de nuevos medicamentos, la generaci\u00f3n de colecciones y su correspondiente gesti\u00f3n, los ensayos fenot\u00edpicos, el an\u00e1lisis de datos, algunos modelos relevantes usados en screening, la seguridad precl\u00ednica <em>in vitro<\/em> e <em>in vivo<\/em> y la farmacocin\u00e9tica.
