Dr José Pérez del Palacio, Caridad Díaz Navarro and Ariadna Martín, from the MEDINA Metabolomics team attended the European RFMF Metabomeeting 2020 in Toulouse (January 22- 24th 2020).
Dr José Pérez del Palacio presented our metabolic network analysis tools in the poster “Untargeted metabolomic analysis for the discovery of treatment response biomarkers in breast cancer patients through Hotelling T2 multivariate profiling”, developed in collaboration with the Medical Oncology Unit of the Jaén Hospital Complex.
Caridad Díaz Navarro and Dr José Pérez del Palacio presented another poster “Searching for differential metabolites between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the MTBVAC vaccine using nontargeted approach metabolomics” as part of the joint collaboration between MEDINA and the Mycobacteria Genetics Group of the Faculty of Medicine from the University of Zaragoza and the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 2 of the University of Granada. Caridad Diaz had also the opportunity to give an oral presentation of this work.
