Fundación MEDINA is recognized for its partnership and contribution to advance research and development for new Chagas disease’s treatments through the Chagas early discovery programme that was awarded project of the year 2023 by DNDi.
Fundación MEDINA is pleased to announce that the Chagas Early Discovery program has been awarded “Project of the Year” prize by the DNDi Scientific Advisory Committee, recognizing DNDi teams and partners for outstanding progress in the areas of pre-clinical and clinical research. Nominated by the DNDi Scientific Advisory Committee and selected by the DNDi Executive Board, the 2023 awards recognize two projects from among more than 40 in DNDi’s R&D portfolio.
We are very proud of this recognition as result of the partnership with DNDi and Institut Pasteur of Korea in the development of the ND4ND (New Drugs for Neglected Diseases) project funded by LaCaixa Health Programme.
